We are excited to announce a new workshop that mustn't be missed next month!
WhitPrint member and well-known painter and printmaker Robert Canaga will be leading a one-day workshop on Solarplate printmaking. Solarplate is a simple approach to printmaking using a light-sensitive polymer on a steel plate. The photopolymer is exposed with a UV lamp -- or even sunlight -- and developed in ordinary tap water.
In this workshop, you will have an opportunity to create and print from your own plate. Robert will take you through the process from start to finish. You can learn more about Solarplate at http://solarplate.com/, and read more about the workshop (and register!) at the workshop event page.
